Did you know we have TWO schools under construction in Nigeria right now? Due to our newest partnership with LDS Charities, we will be able to do more projects in Nigeria in the near future! The community of Obafemi has contributed so much to the construction of their new school. From carrying buckets of gravel to unloading lumber the men, women, and even children have worked hard to ensure their new school is on track for completion in May.
After just over a month of construction, the school in Obafemi has a new solid foundation, new walls made from sturdy brick, and the beginnings of a roof! We can’t wait to see this school completed and handed over to the community.
