On May 21st, community members gathered to break ground for Coafrica’s second school in Togo, CEG Fiata. This project will add an additional block of classrooms, enabling 280 more students to attend.  The exciting ceremony included speeches by local leaders and the students themselves.

Three days after the groundbreaking, construction began. The group has started a concrete foundation and structure block work. Multiple classes used to be held in the same room; the additions will create better learning environments for all involved. Check out the pictures to see the progress!
