A New Classroom Block for Katalima!
The community, students, teachers, and distinguished guests, including Coafrica director Marci Romney, gathered to celebrate the grand opening on June 4th, 2024. The excitement in the air was contagious!
We loved watching the students perform and recite their speeches. It was especially fun to watch them honor Madame Catherine Ndiwo, a member of coalition partner, Build A Classroom, whose father is from their village.
