Introducing CEG Pahou Ouidah Secondary School! We have broken ground at this secondary school in an urban community in the Benin Republic. This school’s initial classrooms were constructed in 1985. Since then the community has been left with a dilapidated structure that does not have sufficient classrooms for the students enrolled. Below are some pictures of the original structure.

A wonderful ceremony was held to celebrate breaking ground for new classrooms. We got to hear from some of the communities respected leaders such as Mr. Mathias Ahomadegbe, (Director of Atlantique Department Education Services) and Mr. Parfait Vignigbe (Director of CEG Pahou). The leaders and invited guests placed the first cement to honor this new development for the community. We are so excited for the Pahou community and hope you’ll follow along to see the progress!
