The beginning of February marked the groundbreaking of two new primary schools in Nigeria! The first groundbreaking took place in the rural area of Obafemi. There are many out-of-school children in this area, and the new primary school will allow for nearly 200 additional students to have a classroom!

The groundbreaking in Obafemi was attended by students and head teachers. The students loved participating in the ceremony to start construction.

The second groundbreaking took place in a rural area of Enugu! This ceremony included a courtesy visit to the palace of the King to present the design for the new school.
