Six New Classrooms for St. Peter’s School!
The community, students, teachers, and distinguished guests gathered to celebrate the grand opening on December 18th, 2024. Representatives from our coalition partners, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Build a School Initiative in Africa, attended the ceremony and spoke alongside government leaders and local village chiefs about the importance of education.

In addition to funding for classroom construction, The Church of Jesus Christ also provided 120 school desks and various school supplies to furnish the classrooms. It was so fun to see the excitement on the students faces when they saw these new learning supplies.
Finally, the ribbons were cut and the keys handed over to the school administration. Students will now begin learning in these beautiful classrooms.
We loved celebrating with this community and look forward to seeing the impact these classrooms have in the lives of these students. We echo the words of High Chief Dayo Oduntan; education is the greatest legacy we can give to our children all over the world.
