Lycee Tabligbo II is a secondary school in Tabligbo, Togo that previously had 336 students enrolled. These students were learning outdoors under a pavilion. With limited desk space for all students, changing weather, and insufficient space for more than one class at a time, the need for better resources was clear. We could not be more excited about the new school block that Coafrica has worked with the community, and Build A School Initiative to construct. We were able to hold a beautiful Grand Opening Ceremony with so much attendance from the community!
It is so fun to get to see performances from the community! We are also so grateful for all of the local leaders attending, and for the words they shared! We hope to be able to work with other communities in Togo to build school blocks. It’ll be so great to see what impact the new Lycee Tabligbo II has on this community!
