Background: St. Stephen School has been open since 1940. At the time of construction, the school was hosting students and teachers from another school displaced because of frequent attacks by bandits. With the additional students and teachers, the school needed more space. After a long wait, we finally broke ground on this school in September of 2022. Now that the classroom block is complete, the school has much needed space for learning and room for additional students. We look forward to following the impact this school will have on the community!
